Der abschließende Faszikel der Weih– und Sakralinschriften aus Athen und Attika (IG II/III³ 4, 3) enthält 141 Sakralinschriften (tituli sacri, darunter Grenzsteine sakraler Institutionen und Altäre) sowie die 150 Inschriften auf den Sesseln und Sitzreihen des Dionysos-Theaters von Athen; angeschlossen sind einige wenige Addenda zu den beiden ersten Faszikeln mit den öffentlichen (IG II/III³ 4, 1: dedicationes publicae) und privaten Weihungen (IG II/III³ 4, 2: dedicationes privatae).

Mit den mehr als 2.000 Inschriften des Bandes IG II/III³ 4 liegen die wichtigsten Zeugnisse für die gelebte Kultpraxis des antiken Athen in einer neuen Edition und erstmals vollständig abgebildet vor und werden durch umfangreiche Indices erschlossen.
